Featured with the red-eye reduction technology, this 5.0 megapixel Nikon Coolpix 5200 gives you the power to capture images at the resolutions up to 2592 x 1,944. It has built in memory of 12 MB and a zooming lens with focal range of 7.8 to 23.4mm.

It is capable of correcting red-eye within time of just 3 seconds and it gets activated when you set the camera to red eye reduction flash mode. All the process is automatic as it processes all by itself. You have the option for preset, automatic and seven white balance modes.

Furthermore, this camera split the shooting region into different sections to find out the most suitable setting for the capturing of realistic and lifelike colors. Nikon Coolpix 5200 also white balance bracketing utility that enables taking three shots simultaneously with a slight press of the shutter release at various white balance settings.

If we talk about movie mode in it, then let me tell you that it is capable of capturing video with audio at 30fps with different settings of 160 x 120, 320 x 240 and 640 x 480 pixels. Pros: This camera is small, lightweight, sleek and sexy. Available at affordable price, it has easy navigation and captures images fast. Video and sound quality is nice along with quality pictures.

Cons: The bad thing in this camera is that it has plastic buttons and battery cover and no manual controls as well. Some menus are not intuitive and photo management software and file transfer is also poor.
