Nikon Coolpix P1 Review

The world’s first digital camera with Wi-Fi feature is no other than Nikon Coolpix P1 which allow consumers to transfer images directly to the computer without the use of any kind of wire. The data transfer range is also powerful as it is capable of transferring the saved images to the selected printer or computer from the distance of more than 100 feet.

This 8.0 megapixel camera has a big and bright LCD screen of 2.5 inch for viewing and editing the captured images easily in all the conditions. Weighing about just 6 ounces it also offers Aperture-Priority for higher control and creativity. This camera is compact and light weight with superior quality 3.5x Zoom-Nikkor Glass lens.

The face priority AF in this camera senses the face of the human automatically and captures it within its frame area with the most appropriate setting. The redeye reduction technology eliminate any kind of red eyes happened in an image and Blur warning makes it sure that you capture the image perfectly without the loss of clear and crisp image.

Just like other Nikon cameras, it can also capture movies at the rate of 30 frames per second. More than this, it also offers you the choice to record movies in seven modes and record sound in six of these modes.

Pros: The good thing about this camera is that it allows Wi-Fi transfer and printing. It is capable of capturing images with very good image quality and has many customizable image parameters.

Cons: The bad thing about this camera is that it is sluggish in performance with limited manual-exposure control. It is not capable of emailing images or post them on the web via Wi-Fi.
